My Review: Absolutely amazing customer service! I can honestly say it was the best experience I have EVER had at a dealership. Everyone was kind and helpful. They worked as a team and I didn't feel pressured! After visiting 5 other dealerships I was beginning to get frustrated and discouraged. When I entered Day Toyota, I was greeted immediately by name before I even introduced myself. They were very well organized ! I instantly felt comfortable. I dealt with John Petrovich, Wayne Scholar and Guy Lettieri (Manager)....they all had great personalities and really made the process enjoyable. If they should be available when you arrive to the dealership, I suggest you speak to one of them! The facility is very nice. They have a very large waiting area with refreshments and a section just for children. The office and restrooms were immaculate. They really work hard to get you in and out.... I would highly recommend this dealership! I was very impressed, they really exceeded my expectations. I plan on visiting often for my free car wash and just to say hello.
